After discovering two distinct breast lesions, a woman in her early forties was diagnosed with multicentric, early-stage invasive ductal carcinoma. Although her disease was treatable, the path forward wasn’t clear.
Conflicting recommendations from multiple specialists left her uncertain whether to undergo chemotherapy after surgery. She was particularly hesitant to pursue aggressive treatment that might not be necessary, balancing quality-of-life concerns with fear of recurrence.

OUTCOME
Armed with evidence and understanding, the client chose to move foward with adjuvant chemotherapy – confident that it was the right decision for her. Today, nearly five years later, she remains cancer-free, continuing routine MRD and imaging surveillance with her oncology team.
