Ross is a Research Director at Private Health Management, specializing in cancer biology with a particular focus on cancer genomics and tumor evolution. Leslie D. Michelson co-founded Private Health Management in 2007 and served as our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman until February 2020, when he became Chairman to facilitate launching PHM’s COVID services. Prior to founding PHM, Leslie was the CEO and Vice Chairman of the Prostate Cancer Foundation. He founded and led five healthcare companies focused on improving quality of care and accelerating biomedical research. He also is an investor, advisor, and director for many public and private real estate investment trusts, business development corporations, and health services and life sciences companies. Leslie is the author of the New York Times bestseller, The Patient’s Playbook.
Chief Executive Officer
Ken is the Chief Executive Officer of Private Health Management and serves on its Board of Directors. He is an experienced CEO, board director, and adviser with over 30 years of experience driving innovation in healthcare services and technology. Prior to joining PHM, he was the CEO of Syapse, a precision medicine oncology solution company focused on providing real-world evidence and clinical trial solutions to pharmaceutical companies, physicians, and health systems. In previous positions, he built RelayHealth Clinical at McKesson and founded the Commonwell Health Alliance. Ken holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management.
Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer, Individual Health Solutions
Our Co-Founder Gregg S. Britt is a successful business leader and entrepreneur in healthcare services, health innovations, and clinical drug development. Gregg served as PHM’s President since inception, building our distinctive integrated clinical and research capabilities. He served as Chief Executive Officer during the pandemic, becoming our Chief Product Officer in 2021 to launch PHM’s distinctive ClearCancer suite of solutions. Gregg is also the founder of Innovis, LLC, a leading provider of strategic consulting and product development services to biopharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostics companies. Previously, Gregg served as COO & SVP for Protocare, Inc. (now Synexus), CEO of AIDS Research Alliance of America, and the SVP of Biopharmaceutical Research and Development for the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer
Steve Catlett is our General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, responsible for overseeing all legal matters, including compliance, regulatory issues, and privacy concerns. He is a legal and compliance executive with more than 35 years of global experience in various industries including health and benefits, financial services, insurance, retirement advisory services and the public sector. Prior to joining PHM, Steve served as the Global Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel at Aon plc, where he had global responsibility for compliance, litigation, employment, and privacy. Steve also worked as the General Counsel for the Chicago Fire Department and served as a law clerk to Judge Kenneth Starr and Justice Sandra Day O’Connor.

Chief Financial Officer
Milton has over 20 years of experience as a senior finance leader. He provides a wealth of experience helping companies grow successfully based on his contributions to both privately-held start-ups and publicly traded global conglomerates. Milton leads all administrative services for the company across finance, accounting, contracting and systems.
Chief Strategy Officer
Alissa Winzeler is Head of Strategy at PHM. A creative problem-solver and McKinsey-trained strategist, Alissa has over 20 years of experience in healthcare, health technology, precision medicine, and biological research.
Prior to joining PHM, Alissa was SVP of Strategy, Research, and Medicine at Syapse, an oncology-focused real-world data company that uses data captured in the normal course of patient care to support health system and pharmaceutical company partners in observational research, clinical care quality, and clinical trial operations. Prior to joining Syapse, Alissa led teams of consultants at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, in designing and delivering a wide variety of consulting engagements, all within healthcare. She began her career as a research scientist, investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying paralysis during her Ph.D. at Stanford University. She earned her undergraduate degree from Harvard University.

Tommy Axford is an actuary with extensive expertise shaping healthcare solutions for both private and public sector employers. In his role at Private Health Management, he ensures healthcare solutions that reach the market align client goals to make a real difference to individuals, families and companies that make healthcare a priority. For individuals and families, he connects them to world-class care management services designed to help them get well and stay well. He collaborates with employers, health plan providers and channel partners to implement healthcare strategies that effectively mitigate risk and improve outcomes. Tommy is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University.
Vice President, IT and Information Security
Jeff is the VP of IT and Information Security for Private Health Management. He is an experienced Silicon Valley leader with expertise leading IT and Risk and Compliance programs. Prior to joining PHM, he led IT and Information Security at Syapse, a precision medicine solution for oncology focused on real-world data and real-world evidence where he achieved HIPAA compliance and HITRUST certification.
Jeff also brings SaaS expertise from WebEx, Zuora and CyberArk where he gained experienced managing large, technically complex global infrastructures in a highly secure manner.
