Chelsea Michaels is a Clinical Director at Private Health Management, where she provides comprehensive clinical care, case management, and co-leads the Serious and Complex Care team. A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she brings more than five years of experience across family practice, surgery, dermatology, and pediatrics. Before joining PHM, Chelsea served as a Nurse Practitioner and Head Clinical Coordinator at a surgery center, and earlier worked as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital, caring for pediatric patients across multiple specialties. Nick Mulligan is an Associate Clinical Director at Private Health Management. She brings more than 25 years of nursing and advanced practice experience, including expertise in trauma, critical care, medical-surgical, occupational health, and organ transplant. As a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, she has demonstrated that integrative collaboration across specialties enhances patient care and outcomes. Before joining PHM, she was the Lead Nurse Practitioner at Keck Medical Center of USC’s Abdominal Transplant Program, specializing in liver transplants and hepatocellular carcinoma, where she managed complex cases and contributed to clinical research. Jennifer is licensed in California and board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Katelyn Smith leads the Corporate Service Delivery clinical team at Private Health Management, providing comprehensive clinical care and case management support for individuals, families, and employers. Previously, she worked at Loma Linda University Medical Center, advising patients on chemotherapy regimens and investigational medications.

Bria Cuffy is a Senior Research Associate at Private Health Management. Leveraging the latest therapeutic advancements. Bria helps clients develop precision medicine strategies to fight complex medical conditions. Prior to that, she worked as an Epidemiology Research Assistant at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, studying the prevalence of frequent emergency department users and conducting policy evaluations using large datasets. In these roles, she partnered with physicians to support diagnostic and treatment planning. Ana earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with dual minors in Psychology and Health from Texas A&M University. While at Texas A&M, she conducted undergraduate research in the College of Medicine’s physiology lab and co-authored published studies on the role of lymphatic density in thermogenesis.

Haley Martin is a Client Services Coordinator at Private Health Management, where she helps clients and their families navigate their care with ease and confidence. She coordinates medical records, schedules appointments, and follows up on testing and imaging to ensure each client receives timely, well-organized, and compassionate support. Anne Marie McCoy is an Associate Manager of Corporate Client Services at Private Health Management, where she leads a team of Client Services Coordinators in guiding clients through complex care journeys. She is dedicated to building efficient workflows, ensuring clear communication, and providing reliable support to clients and care teams. Anne has more than six years of experience across a variety of healthcare specialties, including surgery coordination, insurance authorizations, and medical records management. Most recently, she served as Practice Supervisor for an orthopedic surgeon, where she oversaw daily operations, supported clinical staff, and streamlined the surgical care experience for patients. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Clemson University and her Master of Health Administration from Liberty University.

Colleen McNulty is a Client Services Coordinator at Private Health Management, where she provides logistical support to ensure care is efficiently coordinated through clear communication and collaboration. Before joining PHM, Colleen worked as a Clinical Care Coordinator at Touchstone Behavioral Health, where she conducted assessments for children and families in the birth-to-five program and facilitated Child Family Team and Service Plan meetings.
