He is Professor Emeritus of Emergency Medicine at Rush University Medical Center and was formerly the Executive Chair of Emergency Medicine for Cook County Hospitals and Rush Medical Center. Dr. Simon is the Founder and Chair of the board of the International Medical Corps.

Ross Keller

Focusing on eye cancers like intraocular melanoma and retinoblastoma, she conducted visual acuity assessments, assisted ophthalmologists in clinical procedures, and counseled patients on treatment regimens. Before joining PHM, she served as a Case Manager for CoverMyMeds, coordinating care for neurological patients and working closely with providers and caregivers to address barriers and ensure adherence to treatment plans. Julianna also gained valuable experience as a Patient Care Technician at Columbus Springs Psych Hospital, collaborating with social workers and nursing staff to deliver quality care, which deepened her understanding of the mental health field and enhanced her compassion for patients. Originally from Long Island, New York, Julianna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communications from SUNY Oneonta.

Stacey Trujillo is an Associate Manager of Complex Care Client Services Coordination at Private Health Management, where she provides comprehensive logistical support to clients with serious and complex conditions. She coordinates care, schedules physician appointments, manages medical records, and ensures timely follow-up on diagnostic tests and imaging studies. Before joining PHM, Stacey owned and operated a childcare business for 11 years, honing her management and client service skills. She later transitioned into healthcare as the lead front-office coordinator for urology and hematology-oncology clinics, where she served as the primary point of contact for patients, overseeing appointment coordination and medical records management while facilitating seamless communication between patients and clinical staff.
Leslie D. Michelson

Leslie D. Michelson co-founded Private Health Management in 2007 and served as our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman until February 2020, when he became Chairman to facilitate launching PHM’s COVID services. Prior to founding PHM, Leslie was the CEO and Vice Chairman of the Prostate Cancer Foundation. He founded and led five healthcare companies focused on improving quality of care and accelerating biomedical research. He is also an investor, advisor, and director for many public and private real estate investment trusts, business development corporations, and health services and life sciences companies. Leslie is the author of the New York Times best seller, The Patient’s Playbook.
Ken Tarkoff

Ken Tarkoff is the Chief Executive Officer of Private Health Management and serves on its Board of Directors. He is an experienced CEO, board director, and adviser with more than 30 years of experience driving innovation in healthcare services and technology. Prior to joining PHM, he was the CEO of Syapse, a precision medicine oncology solution company focused on providing real-world evidence and clinical trial solutions to pharmaceutical companies, physicians, and health systems. In previous positions, he built RelayHealth Clinical at McKesson and founded the Commonwell Health Alliance. Ken holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management.

Gregg S. Britt is a Co-Founder of Private Health Management and the Chief Product Officer of Individual Health Solutions. Gregg is a successful business leader and entrepreneur in healthcare services, health innovations, and clinical drug development. He served as PHM’s President since its inception, building our distinctive integrated clinical and research capabilities. He served as Chief Executive Officer during the pandemic, becoming our Chief Product Officer in 2021 to launch PHM’s distinctive Cancer Care suite of solutions. Gregg is also the founder of Innovis, LLC, a leading provider of strategic consulting and product development services to biopharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostics companies. Previously, Gregg served as COO & SVP for Protocare, Inc. (now Synexus), CEO of AIDS Research Alliance of America, and the SVP of Biopharmaceutical Research and Development for the Prostate Cancer Foundation.

Steve Catlett is our General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, responsible for overseeing all legal matters, including compliance, regulatory issues, and privacy concerns. He is a legal and compliance executive with more than 35 years of global experience in various industries, including health and benefits, financial services, insurance, retirement advisory services, and the public sector. Prior to joining PHM, Steve served as the Global Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel at AON plc, where he was responsible for compliance, litigation, employment, and privacy. Steve also worked as the General Counsel for the Chicago Fire Department and served as a law clerk to Judge Kenneth Starr and Justice Sandra Day O’Connor.

A creative problem-solver and McKinsey-trained strategist, Alissa has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, health technology, precision medicine, and biological research. Prior to joining PHM, Alissa was SVP of Strategy, Research, and Medicine at Syapse, an oncology-focused real-world data company. Syapse uses data captured in the normal course of patient care to support health systems and pharmaceutical companies in observational research, clinical care quality, and clinical trial operations. Prior to joining Syapse, Alissa led teams of consultants at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, designing and delivering a wide variety of healthcare consulting engagements. She began her career as a research scientist, investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying paralysis during her Ph.D at Stanford University. She earned her undergraduate degree from Harvard University.

With extensive expertise shaping healthcare solutions for both private and public sector employers, Tommy is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary. Prior to joining PHM, he led IT and Information Security at Syapse, a precision medicine solution for oncology-focused on real-world data and real-world evidence. In his role there, he achieved HIPAA compliance and HITTRUST certification. Jeff also brings SaaS expertise from WebEx, Zuora, and CyberArk, where he gained experience managing large, technically complex global infrastructures in a highly secure manner.

Richard is an entrepreneurial leader and coach with more than 27 years of experience building successful businesses. He is the Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Chairman of Victra, the largest premium retailer for Verizon with more than 1,500 locations in all 50 states, over 6,500 employees, and $3 billion in revenue. Rich has been a successful investor in entrepreneurial companies and served on many corporate boards. He is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and President of John Paul II Catholic High School.
Robert L. Crutchfield
Robert L. Crutchfield is a Director at Private Health Management with more than 30 years of leadership experience in healthcare services, healthcare IT, and surgical devices. Bob is Managing Director of Hotspot Ventures, LLC. He previously founded and served as CEO of Surgical Innovation & Services, a leading outsource manager for hospitals and surgical centers. He was also Senior Vice President at US Oncology, the largest vertically integrated network of cancer clinics with more than 400 sites and 1,200 medical and radiation oncologists. Bob currently serves as an operating partner with Good Growth Capital and Bronze Valley, a CDFI Fund investing in companies led by diverse entrepreneurs. He is the Executive Chairman for OrbitalRx, Synaptrix, and Pictor Labs, and is a member of the Board of Directors for Allervie Health. Bob also serves on the boards of Health Connect South, SC Launch, Inc and the Global Center for Medical Innovation.

John Mavredakis has more than 40 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, private financings, and ESOP buyouts, having personally closed more than 500 transactions. John is the Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Sponsors Group after previously managing the firm’s investment banking operations and serving as President of Houlihan Lokey Capital, Inc. John was a member of the firm’s Board of Directors prior to the firm’s IPO in 2015. John has served on the boards of many growth companies and is a frequent speaker and published author on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance issues.

Prior to joining PHM, Frank was the Co-Founder, CEO, and Board Chair of Evolent Health (NYSE:EVH), a leading value-based care delivery and payment enablement company that went public and grew to over $1 billion in revenue during his tenure. Prior to that, Frank served as Chairman and CEO of the Advisory Board Company, taking the company public and overseeing its growth to $450 million in revenue. The Advisory Board was also recognized among the Top 20 Best Run Companies in North America by Forbes, the Best Place to Work by Modern Healthcare, and as a leading philanthropic organization by several foundations in the Mid-Atlantic region. Throughout his career, Frank has led multiple highly successful healthcare organizations. In addition to his business accomplishments, Frank serves on the boards of numerous organizations including Helix, Nayya, Foodsmart, Trusted Health, and Wealth. He also serves on the executive committee of UCSF, and he is a senior advisor to ICER, Blackbird, and the President’s Advisory Council for the School of Public Health at Brown University. Frank received a BA with High Honors in Political Economies of Industrial Societies from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
